Job Description
We are looking for a student to join us by the beginning of August 2025 for 12 months for a student placement at our Cramlington site.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support for the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Coaches and IPT Production Lead as well as involvement in support of specific IPT improvement projects.
* To provide technical support for all processes involved in running of the IPT.
* To implement improvement projects as directed by IPT Production Lead.
* To support investigations and follow up issues arising from safety incidents, atypicals or customer complaints, establishing assignable causes for events and proposing appropriate actions to minimise rework and improve processes.
* To participate as directed Continuous Improvement projects to realise improvements in Safety, Quality, Supply or Cost.
* To comply with the standards in policies, procedures, guidelines and SOPs.
* To support any IPT projects or tasks as required by IPT Coaches or Production Leads.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
* Third year at university undertaking a BSc (Hons) degree in a related discipline.
* First class interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communicator.
* Able to build effective working relationships quickly.
GMP Responsibilities:
Required to comply with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions. Responsible for:
* Attending and successfully completing applicable GMP training, including training in local operating procedures.
* Ensuring you are suitably trained to perform your job.
* Ensuring that this training is accurately recorded in your training record.
* Ensuring that your job is performed in accordance with the training and in compliance with procedures relevant to the role/activity.
* Bringing to the attention of management any violation in cGMPs and/or other concerns which may effect the safety, efficacy, or purity of product.

Stage 2 – Initial Informal Discussion (about October/November 2024)
Candidates will be selected and invited to take part in an initial informal discussion about the role, as well as an opportunity for you to find out about the company.
Stage 3 – Assessment Centre + Final Interview (November 2024)
Those candidates successful at stage 2 will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre, located on site at Cramlington. Candidates will spend a day at the facility, getting a feel for Organon as well as taking part in several activities including a site tour and a final interview.
