Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:
- Maximise machine productivity and 'uptime' by executing reactive and proactive maintenance tasks in line with the PPM plan
- Enhance the PPM schedule based on findings, component analysis, and machine efficiency insights
- Uphold exceptional safety standards for self, colleagues, and all site personnel
- Provide engineering support to production departments, ensuring an effective partnership
- Offer comprehensive assistance within the engineering department for projects, development, and installation work
Qualifications of this Maintenance Engineer role:
- Apprenticeship trained Level 3 NVQ, BTEC, C&G or equivalent
- Electrical Qualification and experience
- Experience maintaining assets in a production environment
- Proven track record in delivering and refining Planned Preventative Maintenance routines
- Proficient in reactive maintenance and fault-finding procedures
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction across various business levels
- A robust safety ethic prioritising health and safety in all tasks
