Tate are working with a local authority in their search for Repairs Coordinators on a temporary basis.
You would be based in their Responsive Repairs Team in the Housing Department, with key responsibilities:
1. Scheduling repairs and tasks to colleagues onsite
2. Keeping residents updated at all stages of a repair
3. Keeping accurate notes of actions and conversations
4. Recognising and acting on Health and Safety issues
5. Dealing with enquiries from residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, by email, telephone, and text
6. Raising repair orders, arranging appointments with residents, and scheduling work to site-based teams
Skills / experience:
1. Customer service experience
2. Administration experience
3. Housing or scheduling experience (desirable)
4. IT Skills
