Position: PHSE Teacher

Role Overview:
As a PHSE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Personal, Social, Health, and Economic (PHSE) education to the students. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment, developing lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of the students, and fostering their personal and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging PHSE lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues and support staff.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and well-being.
Work closely with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant teaching qualifications (, PGCE, QTS).
Previous experience teaching in a SEN or SEMH setting is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the challenges and needs of students with SEMH.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
