Working alongside physiotherapists and specialist nurses, you will assist in delivering Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs and supporting Home Oxygen patients across various sites in Hounslow. Your role will involve helping patients build confidence in managing their breathlessness, assisting with exercise sessions, patient assessments, and progress monitoring, and providing education on self-management strategies. You will work directly with patients, offering guidance on breathing techniques, energy conservation, and symptom control to improve their daily lives.
