SENDCO (MPS/UPS SEN allowance) Smith’s Wood Primary Academy are seeking a dedicated, ambitious and experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCO) to join our OFSTED rated ‘Outstanding’ school. As SENDCO you will be responsible for the strategic development of high quality SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils with additional needs receive the support and guidance required to thrive. We are a friendly and hardworking school who will welcome a flexible, passionate person who is able to support the ethos of our committed and caring school. The role is advertised as part time or full time and we are flexible in discussing what this could look like for you. The role may include a teaching commitment, though this will be non-class based.
