Job Description
Dennison Commercials Ltd is the sole Volvo Truck & Bus dealer and the leading provider of heavy commercial vehicles in Northern Ireland.
Hours & Location
The position will be based at our main depot in Ballyclare and hours for the role will be 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.

About The Role
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· General housekeeping of Ballyclare depot premises – keeping external yard areas clean and tidy
· General housekeeping and cleaning of workshop - removing debris, packaging redundant parts from the workshop, emptying bins and disposing of waste products appropriately (including hazardous waste)
· Cleaning canteen, washroom and toilet facilities, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors and general tidying up etc
· General basic handyperson maintenance to depot site facilities

Desired Criteria
Required Criteria
* Previous experience of yard maintenance and general cleaning/housekeeping in a commercial workplace environment
* Possess an understanding of, and, be familiar with health and safety regulations associated with cleaning and maintenance activities
* Possess high standards of cleanliness and have great attention to detail
* Take pride in your work
* Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
* Be accountable and responsible for completion of role duties and use initiative where needed
* Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner – polite and approachable
