We are recruiting for a leading European smart solutions business expanding into the UK—and we’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the charge.
As our first UK hire, you'll have the autonomy to shape market strategy, grow client relationships, and build a team as we scale. You’ll focus on Smart Water solutions (including commercial monitoring) and Smart Building technologies, working closely with existing partners and engaging face-to-face with clients and at industry events.

* Lead UK business development and commercial growth
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Represent us at key events and meetings nationwide
* Help set up operations and lay the foundation for future team growth
✅ We’re looking for:
* Proven commercial/sales/business development experience
* Strong knowledge of the UK market
* Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and confident with face-to-face engagement
* Experience in smart water, utilities, or infrastructure (a plus!)
