Senior Site Manager Red Hill, Surrey - High End Residential Development
Our client is a leading Residential contractor with sites in and around the South East. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a high-end Residential Project of new build flats in Red Hill, Surrey over 24 months.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with specifications and schedules.
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of the project.
* Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports.
* Carry out regular work inspections and checks alongside Technical Director.
* Order and call off materials alongside Commercial Director.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
* Minimum 10 years experience as a Site Manager.
* Experience in residential projects is essential - ideally flats and piling.
* SMSTS (preferred) / CSCS / First Aid.
* Sound working knowledge of health & safety legislation and requirements.
* Up to date relevant knowledge of building regulations.
* Excellent organisational and team management skills, experienced in delivering demanding build programmes.
* Good communicator, customer focused, upholding quality brand reputation.
