We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the specification, installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art lithium ion battery production lines for the Electric Vehicle sector.

The Process Engineer will: Research, commission, and validate new equipment or modify existing equipment to prototype new electrode manufacturing methods and formats.
Analyse production to increase manufacturing uptime, availability, and reliability metrics-yield, OEE, cycle time, quality and investigate bottlenecks to identify root cause and countermeasure to maximize throughput Conduct a root cause analysis through process and equipment expertise, correlate with upstream/downstream processes.
Troubleshoot and recover processes by PLC, HMI, or tool management software, and implement changes/improvements.
Manage the documentation including machine and process specifications, drawings, BOM, spare parts, PFMEA, control plan, process flow chart.
Assist in all industrialisation activities, providing guidance and instruction to electrode manufacturing process Collect, analyse, and summarize information and trends from technical reports and documentation The Process Engineer will have: Degree in STEM subject such as Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
Experience specifying, commissioning and installing CAPEX machinery.
Either a BS with 5 years’ relevant experience or an MS in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing / Process Engineering fundamentals and methods.
Strong communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
