Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. Vestas NCE aims to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Main Component Exchange department is part of the Special projects team and is responsible for safely planning and performing offshore scopes across the NCE region. Your role as Spare part coordinator entails being a key organizing contributor to our projects. You will be part of a team that values customer contentment, with the responsibility to deliver projects by the deadline, in accordance with all relevant standards.
Responsibilities
In this role you will coordinate with the Project manager and other project stakeholders regarding spare parts/main components needed in the projects and in parallel coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to ensure parts deliveries. The main responsibilities of the role include:
1. Completion of projects and follow up on projects in SAP
2. Run MRP (Material Requirement Planning) associated with the Special project
3. Follow up on planning and spare part needs
4. Ensure that there are locations created in SAP
5. Handle urgent spare parts orders
6. Move projects from one project to another, updated on SO, PO, GR return to stock etc.
7. Create PO's
Qualifications
1. Experience from working in a similar position
2. Product understanding
3. Contractual understanding
4. Used to work and navigate in large companies; experience with larger construction projects is valued
5. Fluent in English
6. Good IT knowledge and experience with Document Management Systems; experience working in SAP is appreciated
7. Customs knowledge is ideal

Additional information
