Overview:
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing highlevel administrative support to CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role is essential in facilitating effective communication managing schedules and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage executives calendars and schedule meetings
* Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
* Screen and direct phone calls and emails
* Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and reports
* Conduct research and compile data for presentations or reports
* Attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items
* Collaborate with other staff and handle communication on behalf of executives
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
* Manage office supplies and equipment
* Assist in organizing events and company functions
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Provide administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
* Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
