Team Support Job Type: Permanent Location: Bishopsgate EC3N Salary: £32,000 My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Support to enhance the productivity of the team by providing exceptional administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with high professionalism. Day-to-day of the role: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including office administration tasks such as producing letters, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes. Manage general office duties including printing, filing, scanning, and maintaining documentation. Handle telephone inquiries, greet clients and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism. Perform IT-related tasks across various platforms including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Undertake ad hoc tasks as required and make calls to clients, HMRC, and Companies House. Comply with internal office policies and procedures, contributing to the improvement of all internal processes. Engage in digital analyst work, with training provided by our staff as needed. Show a willingness to learn new software, both internal (work management software) and external (bookkeeping/accounting software). Assist in marketing/PR activities by creating PowerPoints, presentations, brochures, designs, and proposals. Provide project support and participate in social events/dinners with clients and prospects. Assist in sales administration tasks, including following up with clients, organising leads, and completing the sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative support role. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Interest in learning new software and enhancing existing skills.
