More new customers, higher volume of invoices and more challenging projects. This calls for an adequate solution and dedicated attention to our debtor portfolio. Together with the Country Financial Controller this role will aim for reduction of the AR exposure of the company. Purpose of the Role: Assist with follow up of customers regarding equipment or billing issues/ flag issues to Branch Operations Manager and Branch Administrator Contact with customers and Sales Representatives to resolve queries and unpaid invoices, both in writing and by phone Report on the status of the dunning process, aging of the debtor portfolio, any issue Follow-up on the unidentified customer payments (ROA’s) Upload invoices into the customer portal D&B Credit checks and new customer process RentalMan Release blocked customers within RentalMan Full back up of CFC (Catalyst, TM1, Lawson for Month end) Any other duties as assigned.
