We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Based out of our Sunderland office, with the potential for Hybrid working, covering a region from Blyth down to Hull.
This role slots into our temporary and trades business, and we are looking for someone who has experience in selling contract and temporary labour into local markets. Trades and technicians would be ideal, but we are open to other sectors. Our division currently supports the engineering, manufacturing, and energy sectors, which includes fast-paced and high-volume customers across oil and gas, renewable energy, hydrogen, CCS, and power.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
2. Source, attract, and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Provide guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Manage job advertisements, applications, and database records.
6. Negotiate contracts and salary expectations between clients and candidates.
7. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, job market insights, and competitor activities.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Attend expos and industry networking events, job fairs, etc.
Commission Structure:
1. £0-£10k per month = 10%
2. £10001-£20000 per month = additional 15%
3. £20000 - £25000 per month = additional 20%
4. £25000 and above = additional 25%
