Duties:
* To be the first point of contact for learners with regards to ALS and support the Online team in taking general day to day ALS enquiries and following up as appropriate.
* To complete a welcome call with all learners who have disclosed an additional learning need to discuss requirements and tailor support.
* To administer the access of all ALS resources required by students or the department
* To arrange and book meetings required by trainers, including all Learning Support interview meetings for potential and enrolled students
* Support with administration of Exam arrangements
* To book and undertake 1-1 sessions on Teams with learners to support learning.
Experience/Knowledge:
* Relevant experience in an administrative role
* Experience of working in a school/college environment;
* Experience with Exam Access Arrangements processes in an FE context
Skills/Competencies:
* Proven organisational and administrative skills
* Good communicator, able to explain complex processes to a range of stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Five GCSEs at grade 4 / C or above (including Maths and English
* Educated to Level 3 (A-Level or equivalent).
