We are looking for passionate Specialist MSK Physiotherapists to join our friendly service, which is expanding as a result of additional funding to help meet the service demand.
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a Band 6 role or for an experienced Band 5 looking to develop into a specialist position. We are open to recruiting at Band 5 level for candidates who possess some, but not all, of the required experience and would support you with a development plan.

Job responsibilities
You will provide specialist musculoskeletal assessment and treatment for a wide range of patients, referred from GPs/First Contact Practitioners, Consultants, and other Healthcare Professionals.
Classes and clinics
This is a varied role which includes different exercise classes across the community sites and in local leisure centres. Some locations offer the opportunity to support community located fracture clinics and orthopaedic day case surgery.
Your team
You will be supported by a team of experienced clinicians to help you reach your potential and you will be involved in mentoring Band 5 Physiotherapists, Support Workers, and undergraduate physiotherapy students.
Training and development opportunities
Training and development opportunities are in high supply here, whether you are interested in clinical or leadership development courses we'll support you in finding the best way to grow. We actively encourage CPD and you will have an opportunity to spend time with our range of specialists as part of your CPD.
For those appointed at Band 5, progression to Band 6 will be contingent upon the successful completion of competency milestones. You will be supported through a structured developmental plan, with ongoing guidance to enhance your skills and build confidence.
