About the job of Assistant Front of House Manager -
* Assisting with the management of our very busy reception ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day running.
* Supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service from a warm highland welcome to check out
* Helping to lead, train and develop new associates within a team of eight.
* Ensure all guest enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
We are looking for an Assistant Front of House Manager who has -
* A proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of two years management experience in a quality Hotel.
* Ability to effectively manage and motivate individuals within the team.
* A great personality, approachable and a people's person.
* Excellent organisation and planning skills gained through previous experience.
* Experience of using front office systems such as Rezlynx.
* Excellent communication both verbally and written.
* Ability to cope under pressure in a fast paced environment.
