As a Customer Service Advisor - Independents, your responsibilities include:
1. Providing customer service administration and support to Focus Brand customers and e-commerce end users.
2. Delivering timely and efficient customer service administration in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
3. Managing Priority customer allocation of stock for the Independent forward order book and stock orders.
4. Partnering with internal operations teams to address stock/delivery queries.
5. Managing customer web inquiries and escalating when necessary.
6. Supporting customer supply chain management administration.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Mon - Thur 8.45-17.00, Fri 8.45-16.00
Customer Service Advisor - Independents Requirements:
1. GCSE / A-LEVEL
2. Office experience preferred
3. Excellent administrative skills
4. High level of attention to detail
5. High-level of organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands effectively.
6. Competent in using MS Office packages; Word/ Excel/ Outlook etc.
7. Self-motivated and committed to excellence.
8. Professional and customer focused.
9. Reliable and trustworthy
10. Calm under pressure and patient.
11. Ability to work as part of a team.
