We have a vacancy in our General Office team for an Educational Trips Administrator. The key function of this post will be to provide clerical and administrative support for all educational trips. This post works closely with the Trip Leaders, Heads of Department and Finance to ensure the smooth running of all educational trips outside the College. There may also be some requirement to provide a similar service to specified support areas, and there may be other administrative work within the General Office.
Within the General Office, staff are mostly office based, and they work together to provide administrative support for the College. The College has a good staff development programme to enable staff to develop their skills to suit the post, both on induction and as the needs of the College evolve.

Salary: The pro-rata salary is £19,617 per annum, based on spine point 11 of grade 4 in the Support Staff pay spine, for which the full-time salary is £26,097 per annum. The salary increases annually up to £21,460 over 4 years (based on a full-time salary of £28,549 per annum). 5.2 weeks’ holiday pay is included in the pro-rata salary, and you will also receive access to the Local Government Pension Scheme .
Hours: This is a part-time role for 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will work term time only, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 6 days to be worked in the holidays).
