Adaptability: Flexibility and a calm approach to changes in routine will set you apart. Team Player: Strong communication skills for working closely with teachers, parents, and fellow staff. Understanding of Curriculum: Bonus points if you know your way around EYFS or KS1, but training is available if you’re new to this Qualifications & Skills We’ll provide training, but here’s what could give you a head start: Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications. A good grasp of English and Maths. Basic computer literacy. Experience with challenging behaviour is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most.
