Customer Experience is at the heart of our business here at Airband. Our new role for B2B Sales Manager will focus on growing the Airband portfolio of business customers across our regions.
This role is offered on a permanent basis, Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance + Commission + Benefits Package.
Airband is an internet service provider bringing high-speed broadband to rural communities from North Wales down to Devon and Somerset in the Southwest. Having built the network, our strategic focus is to increase our customer connections. We are looking for a talented individual to support us in delivering an excellent customer experience as we continue to scale.
More about the B2B Sales Manager
You will be dedicated to identifying new sales opportunities and proposing the most appropriate solutions to ensure we can meet our client’s business broadband needs with either Wireless or Fibre. Developing strong customer relationships will be at the heart of the business development strategy, ensuring we deliver a great customer experience and a “Right 1st time” approach. You will have the gravitas to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and be committed and curious to be “One step ahead” of market trends and competitor activity.
Essential for the role:
1. Previous business development experience
2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
4. Prepared to travel and have a driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Desirable:
1. Previous Telecoms/IT/Utilities sector experience
2. Comfortable with change in a fast-paced sector

1. Identifying New Business Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential markets, clients, and partnerships.
2. Planning: Developing and implementing growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
3. Sales and Marketing: Promoting the company’s services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
4. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitors to inform business development strategies.
6. Leadership and Management: Coaching and mentoring the business development team to achieve and exceed targets and objectives. Role-model the Airband values ensuring they are meaningfully reflected in ways of working.
7. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure cohesive business strategies.
8. Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and inform decision-making.
