We are looking to recruit a new Onsite Account Coordinator based in St Athan, to act as the main point of contact for our Contractors and Global Engineering Workers (GEWs) as well as our Client's onsite.

Responsibilities:
1. Conducting JMC contractor/GEW inductions
2. Running through GEW Induction Checklist
3. Organising contractor security and identification passes
4. Managing the attendance of all JMC contractor/GEW personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
5. Monitoring GEW Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences on Breathe, including performing return to work forms.
6. Liaising with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
7. Distributing JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
8. Assisting with contractor/GEW queries that are raised
9. Ensuring company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
10. Acting as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
11. Liaising with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
12. Maintaining appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
13. Processing Timesheets (Site specific)/ assisting with MTR
14. Keeping GEW Weekly Registers/ Staff Lists
15. Checking JMC GEW Tool Boxes and add the ELMS, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times.
16. Monitoring the GEW's uploading of Tasks on a daily/weekly basis
17. Conducting JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW's (monthly/3 monthly) and uploading these to ELMS, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times.
18. Arranging Accommodation for GEW's
19. Meeting GEW's when they arrive in Country/ taking them to accommodation
20. Assisting GEW's in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office
21. Assisting the Recruitment Team in recruitment during downtime
22. Learning and adhering to JMC UKVI processes/GEW Manager Handbook
23. Performing Right to Work Checks
24. Conducting GEW Exit Interviews
25. Other duties as directed by Line Manager
