Food and Beverage Manager
Salary: £38-£40k
Hours per week: 48 plus

1. Overall management of food and beverage operations

5. Maintaining high service standards
6. Menu planning and pricing strategy
7. Stock control and supplier relationships
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
9. Revenue optimization and financial reporting

1. Proven experience in F&B management
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Financial acumen and budgeting experience
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
