REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria: - Knowledge of Building Sector. - Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager. -Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered. - Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential. -Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties - Ideally previous Main Contractor employment. - High level of communication skills. - Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc). - Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
