About this role: Reporting into the Lead Youth Development Phase Coach, the part-time Youth Development Coach will be responsible for assisting the U13 – U15 Head Coaches in the planning and deliver of individual and team sessions across the phase. Responsibilities: Develop individual players within the Youth Development Phase – allowing the elite players within the group to achieve their maximum potential. Devise IDP sessions that are technical and tactical, in line with the CPFC playing philosophy and player needs. Ensure cohesion and management of individual players. Assist the Lead Coaches in the management and development of elite YDP players Set, monitor and develop high quality professional standard and team ethic for the players. Implement individual learning plans for players. Work in collaboration with all Academy staff. Work in line with the strategy as agreed by the club. Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager. Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
