They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team on a 5-month contract. What You’ll Do: Handle customer inquiries related to pensions, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses. Guide customers through processes such as pension transfers, contributions, and withdrawals. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Provide proactive and empathetic support to customers during potentially sensitive discussions. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a telephony customer service role, ideally within pensions or financial services but this is not essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with pensions regulations and processes (preferred but not essential).
