A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Junior Product Support Executive to join an established and innovative manufacturing team based in Biggleswade. In this hands-on role, you’ll play an essential part in delivering outstanding product support and customer service. Reporting to the Head of Product Management and working closely with the Product Support Manager, this role is perfect for someone proactive and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently pick and pack spare parts orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
Manage and respond to incoming emails related to spare parts, communicating promptly and professionally.
Conduct quality control checks on products to maintain high standards before distribution.
Maintain the loan pushchair fleet, ensuring all units are in excellent condition for customer use.
Assist with the preparation and packing for trade and consumer shows throughout the year.
Support stocktaking activities to help maintain accurate inventory and identify discrepancies.
Keep a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Work closely with the customer service team to address product queries and ensure smooth processes for customer assistance.
