We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Product team, working alongside our developers and data team to continue building a perfect user experience for our users. This role requires expertise in user research and usability design. You’re going to be embedded in one of our product teams and will work closely with our Product Managers and Tech Leads to understand business requirements, gather the best possible research, and create and promote standard and good practices for crafting our platform and features for our users. Insights and data (quant and qual) are what drive our team, and you will use it to support your decisions. Our talented and collaborative multidisciplinary team is made up of design and research specialists, not only inside our Product Team but also in our amazing Brand Studio team. So, what will you be doing? Discovery Validate (or invalidate) hypotheses, both problem and solution-related, and help shape pivotal implementation decisions off the back of it. Research consumer behaviors and expectations. Create and test wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity prototypes and run/analyze concept validation studies with a sample of users. You’ll have direct access to users and customers alike. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of findings and recommendations for improvements to stakeholders at all levels, up to C-level executives. Coordinate and conduct user-first discoveries, ethnographic research, as well as other appropriate behavioral and attitudinal research to help advise and evaluate design. Work with multidisciplinary teams across the business to facilitate business partner (business and user) workshops, run appropriate conceptualisation and participatory design sessions. Delivery Redefine complicated experiences and complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions. Clearly present various stages of design development to business owners, team members and other business partners. Translate UX recommendations and data-driven decisions for feature/function concepts into visual designs such as wireframes/prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Work across the company’s multi-platform sites: and support experiences developed based on adaptable design principles while supporting the development of our design system. Participate in the definition of our in-house design language to provide a unified set of UX and design rules. Works with product managers, developers and data analysts to set up all requirements. Deep expertise in user research, end-to-end design process, conceptualisation, UI prototyping, user testing, and implementation. Proficiency with the following tools: Miro, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software. Ability to communicate decision points and metrics in an articulate, actionable manner for technical and non-technical individuals at all levels. Thorough understanding of design approaches, technologies, and tools (including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, dynamic prototypes, user flows, etc.) Be able to take ownership of all end-to-end UX process activities, and champion human-centered experience design. Portfolio featuring examples of interaction/service/innovation by design work. Experience in using users testing platforms (exp. Hotjar, UserTesting.com, etc.) Use appropriate UX research and design methods to deeply understand the user needs, goals, difficulties, and the underlying opportunities to improve our products and services, collaborating with the project team throughout the journey Right skills to communicate information about your works internally and externally Strong UX portfolio highlighting relevant case studies.
