Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Junior Finance Assistant for leading business based in Cannock. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and gain experience supporting the wider finance team. This is a 6 month FTC which has the opportunity to go permanent upon successful completion. Responsibilities: Assisting with the administration of the Purchase ledger Maintaining accurate vendor data for all trading subsidiaries Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes Registering Purchase ledger queries & invoices Statement reconciliations Any other adhoc tasks as required Essential requirements: Proven record within a relevant role Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise own workload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, established team within a supportive business that promotes individual development.
