Our Stockport client requires 2 Cooks to oversee the kitchen and prepare and cook meals. Working in schools, you will have or be willing to undertake a DBS. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role:
Some further duties include but are not limited to:
* Prepare and cook meals within a budget
* Supervision and coordination of kitchen staff
* Ordering stock
* Menu planning
* Stock control and rotation
* Health and safety
* Administration duties
What else:
* You will be qualified to City and Guild 705 or equivalent and have a Food Safety Qualification.
* The role is 25 hours per week and is term time.
