The Role The successful Customer Liaison Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, resolving customer queries and will work closely with both customers and internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience. The Customer Liaison Officer will be supporting the business operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of the company products and services. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Take personal ownership of customer queries, providing updates and resolutions that exceed expectations. Facilitate communication between customers and operational teams, ensuring efficient work order execution. Provide essential documentation such as operation and maintenance manuals, certificates, and warranties at the point of installation. Handle complaints with care, identifying problems and coordinating corrective actions to maintain trust and satisfaction. Monitor customer service performance, analyse feedback, and identify trends to improve service quality. Educate customers on products and services, offering tailored recommendations to enhance their experience. Sales Support: Upsell additional and complementary products and services, including maintenance contracts. Build strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities. Front Desk Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and third parties. Manage building security, including signing in visitors and notifying relevant personnel of their arrival. Coordinate with the 24/7 telephone service provider to ensure seamless communication.
