This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations and full Profit & Loss (P&L) control. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving standards, leading from the front, and developing a team to achieve excellence in service and operations. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the entire operations of the boutique hotel bar and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Manage and control the full P&L of the business, making strategic decisions to maximise profitability. Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of growth, efficiency, and excellence. Implement and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximise profits and ensure outstanding customer experience. Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive operations and effective communication across the hotel. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop business strategies that align with the hotel’s objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, specifically in F&B operations. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing full P&L. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing people and achieving operational excellence. Commercially aware, with the ability to make decisions that affect the business positively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.
