Up to £36,500 per annum
Full time, 35 hrs per week Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm *NO WEEKENDS*

We are recruiting a driven and motivated Conference and Events Manager to join a well-established company based in the Leicester area. This hands-on operational role is crucial in ensuring each day runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance and health and safety, leading a small team, and providing high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities of the Conference and Events Manager role:
1. Ensure facilities comply with regulations and standards.
2. Carry out risk assessments.
3. Implement and monitor health and safety policies.
4. Train staff on protocols and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
5. Provide high quality customer service to visitors.
Requirements of the ideal Conference and Events Manager:
1. Previous experience in a similar role ideally within the hospitality industry.
2. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
3. Strong organisational and hands-on leadership skills.
4. Flexible approach to tasks.
5. Good communication skills including customer service skills.
