Implement continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices. Coaching a multi-disciplinary team of production operators and engineers to develop them as individuals and as a team to lead a step change in engagement. Delivery of balanced business scorecard results in area to drive performance. Ownership of medium to long term strategy for their area including CapEx and investment proposals to support productivity and performance improvement in line with the business strategy. Day-to-day accountabilities, responsibilities and ownership of all “run” the business activities. Support, create and develop “improve” activities.
