Key Responsibilities • Provide operational support and cover for multiple centres. • Ensure centres meet high standards of safety, compliance, and quality care. • Mentor Centre Directors and address performance challenges. • Promote safeguarding and risk management across centres. Ideal Candidate • Ideally experience in leadership within early years settings. • Strong mentoring and problem-solving skills. • Ability to drive improvements and ensure compliance.
