This phase of the project will oversee the integration with our existing Dealer Management System (DMS), Autoline. This is an exciting stage and the first step of our modernisation journey in Services. In this role you will: • Oversee the implementation of the Dealer Management System (DMS) integration with Digital Dealer across all branches, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment. • Conduct user training sessions, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment to enhance system adoption and user confidence. • Coordinate all pre-go-live activities, ensuring teams are fully prepared and operational readiness is achieved for a successful launch. • Deliver on-site support and coaching during go-live, providing first-line troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to the Project Manager for resolution. • Track, document, and summarise go-live progress, highlighting key outcomes, identifying issues, and informing the ongoing rollout strategy with actionable insights.
