Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation, based in Sudbury, they are looking to add an Office Assistant, the their stable and long serving team. This is a newly created role for the business.Key duties include:Taking telephone orders and answering basic customer queries/taking telephone messagesProcessing customers' orders, picking stock and processing customer personalisation's. Providing a range of administrative duties such as printing, filing, copying etc.Data entry to digitise historic sales ordersAssisting the Ecommerce Sales Manager in labelling stock, making up boxes, inserting marketing materials etcAssisting with creating purchase ordersAssisting with replies to email enquiriesSending out written customer communications as requiredSending out customer account statementsSending out customer invoicesProviding a range of administrative duties to support the office, including but not limited to cleaning, answering the telephone, purchasing, post duties, health and safety responsibilities.Packing and moving stock - preparing deliveries.
