Finance Administration Assistant Part Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 25 hours per week) £19,500 per annum (£15ph) Pewsey, Onsite CMD Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Assistant to join our client's team near Devizes. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the finance department and would suit s candidate with strong organisational skills and experience in accounts administration. Responsibilities: Process purchase invoices, including matching purchase orders, identifying discrepancies, and posting to the SAGE accounting system. Reconcile monthly credit card statements and process commission payments. Maintain accurate financial records, including filing invoices and assisting with bank reconciliations. Manage the accounts inbox and provide general finance administration support. Oversee staff training records, ensuring they are up-to-date. Handle stationery and ad-hoc office supply purchases. Support HR processes by ensuring the timely completion of return-to-work questionnaires. Undertake other related duties as required by management.Skills & Experience: Proven experience in accounts administration. Proficiency in SAGE accounting software. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday, 5 days a week with flexible start and finish times
