We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking a CSCS Carded Multiskilled Handyman for an immediate start in Darwen, Blackburn.
This position is for a large residential new build site. Operatives will be required to carry out completion works within the plot houses, including basic joinery tasks, patching, mastic, and silicone works, along with associated tasks.
Previous residential experience is highly sought after, and a background in joinery is advantageous due to the nature of working with timber frame houses and the necessity of completing joinery tasks.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with possible overtime, providing 45 hours a week. Compensation is £19.00 per hour, with CIS payment available.
