Free on-site parking. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Maintain databases of key data including audiences, values, and exposure, social media and consumer research to inform sales teams. Help manage the delivery of high-quality data and research to support partnership delivery and partnership sales development Run research and analytics cross functionally with the Marketing Department to develop materials and provide compelling insights and narratives. Provide media value analysis to support the development of Partnerships rights packages. Provide audience analysis of fans in key markets to support benchmarking against other leading sports properties and the broader entertainment industry. Support the team on strategic and ad hoc insights projects including the collation of holistic insights, identifying trends, gaps, and new opportunities. Analysis of the sponsorship inventory. Assist with the development and implementation of processes to measure and evaluate Partner campaigns and ad-hoc programmes. Implement and maintain the process of tracking data across the Partner portfolio to deliver reports relating to the team's delivery on sponsorship KPI's. Capture results of team activations and create case studies capturing marketing and partnerships activity across races and events. Responsible for regular and ad hoc Partner reporting. Be a gatekeeper and owner of external and internal data analytics tools, ensuring all internal and ad hoc partner analytics requests can be promptly fulfilled. Design research questionnaires, qualitative and quantitative research studies to collect data that will help answer the team's business questions. Skills, Experience and Knowledge: 3 years' experience working in a relevant or equivalent role researching and advising across industries such as sports, media and technology. Competent working with big data sets with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations Have a structured and analytical approach, allowing you to apply frameworks to simplify and solve complex business problems. Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and thrive in collaborative, high-performing teams. Exhibit proactive behaviour and have the versatility to work both independently and as part of a diverse team. Excellent time management skills enabling you to prioritise and manage multiple projects Meeting tight deadlines is a challenge you're well acquainted with and have successfully conquered in the past. Strong willingness to learn, and adapt to different working styles, fostering an inclusive work culture. Excellent experience with MS Excel with the ability to conduct data analysis and construct we-structured data models. Experienced with MS Powerpoint allowing you to craft engaging and informative presentations or similar visualisation tools.
