The role is to be a key role within the transport department organising and coordinating the drivers primarily. Responsibilities for this Transportation Administrator role Organising day to day transport for customers and building strong relationships with customers. Answering telephone calls, which will include customer enquiries, to progress customer orders, arrange transport requests and to increase customer satisfaction. Responding promptly to customer progress requests. Arranging delivery of courier consignments Manage and monitor the dedicated customer service inbox, ensuring all queries are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner. Assisting with any Customer Service, Transport, Purchasing, Sales and Health & Safety administration. Scanning, Filing.
