Job Overview:
We are seeking a Manager to oversee our hospitality operation, including all areas of the service operation, food preparation, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a background in the restaurant industry and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment in a very hands-on role.
2. Manage a team of 20 staff in food production and customer service.
3. Ensure high standards of food quality and service at all times.
4. Assist in food preparation and cooking when necessary.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
6. Implement and maintain health and safety procedures.
7. Conduct regular stock checks and manage the weekly financials of the business.
Experience:
1. Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
2. Proficiency in coffee service, bartending, food preparation, and service operations.
3. Strong supervisory and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service ability. Must enjoy looking after customers directly.
