Role : Continuous Improvement Manager - 3PL Contract Logistics

A leading 3PL are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager - 3PL Contract Logistics to support their regional leadership teams in delivering strategic and operational enhancements across warehouse and transport operations. This role is pivotal in identifying, implementing, and sustaining process improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with site and regional leadership teams to identify and drive improvement initiatives.
* Develop and execute data-driven improvement strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes.
* Conduct detailed operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Ensure all initiatives align with business objectives and deliver quantifiable financial benefits.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to embed best practices.
* Provide coaching and support to operational teams throughout the change management cycle.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in process improvement and operational change management within Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environments (ideally as a Continuous Improvement Manager - 3PL Contract Logistics)
* Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or equivalent experience preferred).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/transport management systems.
* A proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Live within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, with flexibility for additional travel.
