Staff365 are recruiting for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis for our Manufacturing Client located in the Ripon area.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
* £13.50-16/hr depending on experience

* Enrolled onto Company Pension following 3 months’ probation
* 28 days holiday including some Bank Holidays
* Full guidance training and supervision provided
Brief Job Description (but not limited to):
* Polite and friendly but professional telephone conversations with existing and new customers regarding orders, deliveries, and menu ideas – ability to direct calls to the relevant area.
* Computer literate with experience in sending emails and fully capable of using the Microsoft Office Package.
* Provide customer service with knowledge of products and services.
* Discuss with chefs regarding in-season products and recommendations.
* Able to learn the in-house software in an efficient manner.
* Send emails and statements out to customers.
* Assist with visits to the premises including basic catering skills.
