My client, a specialist recruitment company based in Canterbury, is looking to hire several Recruitment Consultants. They can hire at Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Principal Level.
This position is Hybrid, three days a week in the office and two remote. Once established in the role and billing well, this can reduce to 2 days in the office.
You will be hiring permanent professionals into UK markets, with several white-collar professional desks available. They will fully cross-train you on the market when you join, so as long as you are used to filling professional and commercial perm roles, that is fine. They have many existing clients; the role will be 360 with a focus on new business development, but there will also be roles to get you settled in and started whilst you build a desk. They are very well known in the market with long-term established clients.
The position is a five-minute walk from Canterbury West Station. You don't need a driving licence to apply.
Selling Points
1. Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission on the deal value of every person you place. For example, if you placed two people in one month and the company earned £30,000 for this business, you would take 40% of this as commission. This is a very high-earning role.
2. Progression and earnings. Recruitment Consultants in this business progress and earn well. There are 9 different levels on the team, and clear salary increases when you hit targets. Every £20K extra you bill in a year, your salary increases by £5K!
