What You’ll Be Doing Surveying properties and preparing specifications of work. Managing projects, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 and best practices. Ensuring legal compliance, including adherence to Section 20 consultation under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Supervising works to buildings to guarantee high-quality outcomes and excellent contractor performance. Collaborating with teams to drive innovation and service excellence. Identifying business opportunities and supporting the team in securing new clients. Delivering continuous improvements within the department, helping shape its direction and growth. What We’re Looking For A relevant technical qualification (Degree/HND in Surveying or a related field) and professional accreditation (MRICS, MCIOB, or similar). Substantial experience in technical surveying, particularly in property management. A proven track record of successfully delivering projects and managing contractors. A strong commercial understanding of surveying practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A thorough understanding of health & safety regulations, CDM, and the Section 20 process. Experience with AOVs, emergency call systems, and fire panels (advantageous but not essential).
