Job Description
* Oversee and manage customer ledgers
* Ensure timely debt collection
* Process and reconcile payments
* Investigate and resolve customer queries
* Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
* Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
* Contribute to team efforts and financial projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
* Knowledge of credit control procedures
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
