You will be responsible for developing, managing, and refining predictive alerts within the Skywise Predictive Maintenance (SPM) system to proactively address potential concerns. Additionally, you will contribute to improving overall aircraft performance and maintaining continued airworthiness by conducting front-line reviews of fleet operational data and performance trends through the SPM system.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Collaborate closely with Airbus and the easyJet data team to develop and refine predictive maintenance algorithms.
2. Provide troubleshooting assistance to Maintenance Control for repetitive faults.
3. Act as a technical liaison with OEMs, vendors, and external agencies.
4. Monitor live predictive alerts and provide feedback at technical review meetings.
5. Enhance processes to improve fleet availability.
6. Use the Skywise Core platform to support model calibration and fleet health monitoring.
7. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

You should be adaptable to the demands of a dynamic environment and focused on delivering results while maintaining accuracy and meeting agreed timescales. You will have a keen attention to detail, continuously evaluating performance to maintain high standards and drive best practices. The role also requires effective communication skills to share knowledge and ideas with colleagues and suppliers, as well as the flexibility to travel for meetings and conferences.
