Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties:
1. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
3. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
4. Enter data into computer systems using various programs including Sage
5. Organize and schedule appointments as needed
6. Assist in resolving any administrative problems
7. Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
Experience:
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
2. Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
5. Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
6. Data entry experience is a plus
